Hiring Process

1.

Application & Resume Shortlisting

We receive applications through Zoho Recruit and shortlist candidates based on role fit, technical background, and alignment with the vacancy.

2.

Personality + Technical Pre-Evaluation

Initial screening to evaluate communication, professionalism, and baseline technical alignment (role-dependent questions and/or a short assessment).

3.

Interview with COO & Team Coordinator

A structured conversation focused on how you work: ownership, collaboration, organization, and alignment with ECOSI’s operating style.

4.

Final Interview (Client and/or ECOSI Leadership)

Depending on the role, you may interview with the client and/or ECOSI leadership to confirm expectations, workflow fit, and project context.

5.

Offer & Work Contract

If selected, we finalize terms and sign the work contract, then schedule onboarding and team integration.
