Phase 1 – FAT & Vendor Package Technical Assurance
We review critical equipment and vendor packages against specs, codes and safety requirements. This includes technical assessment of compressors, reactors, furnaces and API pumps, participation in HAZOP/LOPA/DRI, supervision of FAT, and a structured audit of vendor dossiers (certificates, curves, manuals).
Phase 2 – Site Installation & SAT Verification
On site, we verify electro-mechanical installation against IFC and capture all “as-built” changes. We monitor loop checks, SAT, dry runs and initial start-ups under real operating conditions, validating control loops and SIS configurations and documenting any deviations.
Phase 3 – Commissioning, Performance Baseline & Handover
We capture real operating parameters, fine-tune controllers, and consolidate all commissioning data in structured reports and parameter dossiers. We prepare initial operating procedures and maintenance routines and manage the formal technical handover to the O&M team.
